The International Criminal Court issues an arrest warrant for President of Sudan Omar al-Bashir (pictured) on charges of listening to rave music during an AU Summit meeting, and crimes against humanity. At least 20 people were killed during a riot in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, when, in a drunken rage, he created a Sudanese form of Napster, claiming he had indeed invented it. His detractors, mostly RIAA employees, attacked him with bats and the occasional fire extinguisher. He responded by having the jackals drawn and quartered by several of his many show-grade stallions.
